1.7 Digital Artist Spotlight
Objective
Understand art worlds and research a famous digital artist to share with the class.
1) Choose a famous digital artist.
2) Answer the following questions and include 6+ high-quality examples of their work in a slide deck.
- Short bio (name, nationality, age, education).
- What kind of digital art do they specialize in?
- Why do you like this artist? What makes them famous/unique?
- What common themes are in their art?
- What is a quote of theirs?
- Links to their porfolio.
Heads Up:
Unlike 1.1 About Me Slide Deck, this will be presented to the class.
Presentations receive a late penalty of 10% per class.
Novice (50%)
Student does not complete all steps, submits work incorrectly, or doesn't present to the class.
Apprentice (80%)
Student completes most steps or has room for improvement in their PowerPoint presentation.
Master (100%)
Student completes all steps and creates a pleasing PowerPoint with a good presentation.
