target
Objective

Complete an artist study of rhythm & movement.

Read the article below and pick three types of rhythm to study that will aid you in your creation of movement in a still image.

  • Regular rhythm (consistent spacing)
  • Flowing rhythm (organic, wave-like repetition)
  • Alternating rhythm (switching elements)
  • Progressive rhythm (gradual change in size or color)
Find 3 examples of traditional or digital artworks that use your chosen rhythm to create movement.
Select a portion or all of each artwork to recreate as closely as possible in the software of your choice.
Photoshop: click on File > Export > Export As and select the JPG format.

Upload your JPG into a gallery block on your WordPress.com website. Describe the objective of the project and how you approached it.
