Gain comfort with Shutter Priority mode by taking 3 photos of the same subject with different levels of motion blur.
Choose your moving subject and location for the photoshoot. A stable surface like a table or tripod is necessary. |
Use shutter priority mode to take 3 photos with 3 different amounts of sharpness: sharp, semi-blurry, and very blurry. 1/200, 1/60, and 1/5 are great starting values. No camera shake allowed. All photos must have proper exposure (EV 0). |
Add your photos to your Lightroom library. Color-correct, add presets, etc. to improve their contrast and interest. |
Lightroom: Select your edited photos and click the “Export” button in the bottom left of the library. All exports should have the long edge equal to 2500px. |
Upload your 3 photos into a gallery block on your WordPress.com website. Caption each photo with the exposure stats. Below, describe the objective of the project and how you approached it. |
