3.7 Nature HDR
Objective
Use bracketed exposures to merge a nature scene into an High Dynamic Range photograph.
1) Take 30+ photos and 5+ “exposure bracketed” images on our trip to the Botanic Gardens.
*Photo 2: Mixed-lighting required (sun and shadows)
2) Merge your favorite bracketed images into 2+ HDR images. Play with the presets and sliders, and make sure we can see details in the shadows and highlights!
3) Edit and add 2+ of your favorite normal photos, too.
4) Add a paragraph about the assignment and how you approached it
Novice (50%)
Student does not complete all steps or submits work incorrectly.
Apprentice (80%)
Student completes most steps or has an example that is not obviously HDR.
Master (100%)
Student completes all steps with an example that is obviously HDR.
