3.1 Waterfront Panorama
Objective
Stitch together a gorgeous panorama and practice the composition rules again
1) Take a mix of 30+ normal photos (with a focus on the composition rules) and panorama shots on our field trip to Kirkland Marina.
2) Download all of your photos in Lightroom. Edit your favorite 3+ normal photos and 1+ panoramas.
Color correction is required for all photos! RAW images are “flat” by default.
3) Add your panorama(s) and 3+ normal photos to a gallery on your site.
4) Write a few sentences explaining the field trip, project, and how you approached it.
Novice (50%)
Student does not complete all steps, does not use time well on the trip, or submits work incorrectly.
Apprentice (80%)
Student completes most steps, has editing to complete, or shows a weak attention to detail.
Master (100%)
Student completes all steps with pleasing editing and a strong attention to detail.
